I could see or recognize: 1. `Mark Otto` and `Jacob Thornton` - Creators of Bootstrap, one of the most popular front-end frameworks for developing responsive websites. 2. `David Heinemeier Hansson (DHH)` - Creator of Ruby on Rails, a framework that has significantly simplified the development of web applications. 3. `Daniel Burka` - Designer and main programmer of Digg, one of the first social news sharing platforms.
