there are many people around the world who have become rich by programming applications. I mention some of these people below.  1. **Bill Gates:** Co-founder of Microsoft, Gates is one of the pioneers in the software industry. He became a billionaire due to the success of the Windows operating system and other Microsoft products.  2. **Mark Zuckerberg:** Founder of Facebook, Zuckerberg developed the platform while at Harvard University. Facebook became the worlds largest social network, making Zuckerberg one of the youngest billionaires in history.  3. **Elon Musk:** Although known for his contributions to the automotive and space industries, Elon Musk is also a talented programmer. He co-founded Zip2, a software company, and later founded X.com, which became PayPal.  4. **Larry Page and Sergey Brin:** Co-founders of Google, Page and Brin developed the search algorithm that became the foundation of the tech giant. Googles success turned them into billionaires.  5. **Jan Koum:** Co-founder of WhatsApp, Koum was born in Ukraine and moved to the United States. He developed the instant messaging app that became extremely popular worldwide. WhatsApp was acquired by Facebook, making Koum a billionaire. These examples highlight how success in application and software development can lead to the creation of successful companies and personal fortune. However, its important to note that the path to success varies for each entrepreneur and programmer.
