What if the biggest problem isn’t finding talent—but getting it to actually work together on something that matters? There’s no shortage of smart people out there. Developers, designers, thinkers, builders… everyone’s doing something. But when it comes to bringing that talent together in a focused way to solve real problems, things start to fall apart. I keep coming back to this idea: how do you actually create a space where people don’t just show up—but collaborate with purpose? And then the questions hit all at once. Would it even work in practice? What would it look like? What features actually matter in the beginning? How do you design something like this without overcomplicating it? And what about security, structure, the overall experience? I’m stuck between two paths. Do I start simple with just a landing page to validate the idea? Or do I go straight into building core features and figure things out as I go? Right now, it feels like I’m overthinking everything and at the same time not seeing clearly where to begin. If you’ve ever tried to build something like this—or have thoughts on how you’d approach it—I’d honestly love to hear your perspective.
