Junior developers supported it and now they're getting stabbed in the back.

AI tools do exactly the tasks that used to be given to juniors (simple bugs, boilerplate, testing). The result: companies prefer **one senior with AI** over hiring a junior. With layoffs and the push for efficiency, hiring juniors has become a "luxury." They provide little immediate return and need mentoring. Nowadays, "juniors" often already need to know mid-level stuff: cloud, CI/CD, AI tools, autonomy… What to do now? Leave your opinion in the comments.
