New features and growth of the site

I'm not very good at writing texts like this but I think I'll get there 😂😂 ##
New features --- Our site has undergone many transformations, all to provide a more welcoming environment for those who want to learn, discuss and share programming knowledge. In the beginning, our main goal was to have just the chat rooms, but with slow growth we thought we'd add a few more features that have somehow paid off. The posts and trends came with the aim of interacting even more with those who browse the site. So along came the many features. 1. Editing and deleting chat messages 2. Sending files in the chat rooms, such as images (jpg, png, gif) and compressed files of up to 2mb 3. Direct replies to comments on posts 4. The karmas that have arisen so that our users can unlock another feature in their favor, in this case trends, which can be used to publish content linked to users' own products and services, so that more people can see and learn about their products. 5. Giving likes to comments on your posts 6. Similar posts which is the tool that helps us find more content related to a search made within the site. 7. The signal point that shows who is or isn't online and the number of people currently online in the rooms. 8. The time when a message is sent (this will be different in some countries because the time zone is that of the zones where our servers are located). 9. The color change to darker colors to make it easier to read at night. More features will be added soon as we continue to work hard to make the site the best place for all of us. ##
Growing the site --- The growth of the site is something that has been very difficult for us, firstly because we have kept everything running on our own funding, as it is not our idea to place advertisements on the site, and secondly because we have more people passing through the site and few registering on it. Our desire to continue working comes from your presence here. The interaction between users, your posts, comments and discussions is what will help bring more people here. I know that the internet isn't the same as it used to be and that everything that comes along is just another way of stealing our data, but believe me, that is not and never has been our plan. This idea was born out of a personal frustration I had in my programming apprenticeship, which was to search for things that were quite wrong on the internet and in forums that mixed other topics besides programming. I wanted to find a place where I could only find content and talk about programming. The sites I found none of them were solely about programming and with this kind of facility I can get together and talk to people who understand the subject and who are in a place far from where I am. If you've been here and like some of the content you've read, leave us your feedback or join in and help more people learn programming. If it's not clear in this one, leave your question in the comments and I'll be happy to answer it. Thanks everyone and see you next time.

I like that you observed a problem with traditional searching and im happy that you actually did something to address the problem unlike most people. Dont get discouraged. This thing can take time to be populated. Evnetually it will become and indispensable resource for others.

You've been the best contributor to the site and for that we've awarded you the privilege of being able to post without too much karma in the TRENDS feature and we hope that more people like you will show up here.

it seems that this post no longer makes sense these days! i like the idea of how people are coming here, quite organically.
